No, it should just have the defaults. Regardless of my settings though, when I select GTK and Debian in the cli, it should pass that to the GUI. As I said, it worked the second time. Thanks for reporting this issue. Since this is meant as a developer's tool, and not as a user's tool, there is a /etc/reportbug.conf that you set your specifics in.
