I am using the English version, and I still can confirm it with Lucid, Yelp 2.30.0, all updates installed. Can't confirm. In up to date (german) setup (10.04; 2.6.32-23-generic; GNOME_2.30.2; Help_2.30.0) both sites are shown correctly (see screenshot).
