You will need to et Ubuntu One run for a while copy some files into your Ubuntu One Folder so that there is information in these log files to help debug your issue. Ok but, the file on the log folder don't change yet but the files in the log_old folder yes, they are filling every two minutes with new information, so I think the data is not going to log folder but the log_old.
