I am not sure what you mean. It is adjusting the row height for some XLS
and ODS files but not all? If so perhaps those files do not need
adjustment? Can you attach an example of each type of file as you
mentioned in the bug report?

crowded against the top of the cells. When I save the file in any of the older 
(XLS) formats the file looks OK when opened.
