Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: pavucontrol

When moving a slider connected to an application holding a PulseAudio
channel and this application frees the channel during the user
operation, the window does not cleanly remove the capture of the mouse
to the slider. Thus the window becomes completely unresponsive to user
input, including GTK window decorations.
