Closing as invalid for the following reasons:
- Please, do not use bug reports to request the upload of a new version.
The maintainer knows there is a new version. If the maintainer has not
uploaded a new version, there is a reason for that. Namely, 3.1.3, 3.1.4
and 3.1.5 are broken soversion-wise. 3.1.5 will be uploaded soon with a
fix after talking with upstream.
- Even if using bug reports to request a new version was justified (it
is not), the proper place to do that would be the Debian bugtracker.
Ubuntu "inherits" packages from Debian unless you see "ubuntu" in the
version number.
