I forgot to add a script that the patch depends on.
Create a ".bin" (notice the "dot" before "bin") folder in your home directory 
and download the attached script to it?field.comment=I forgot to add a script

Remember to mark the script as executable, right-click on it > Properties > 
Permissions tab > tick "Allow executing file as program"

I made a nautilus-actions script that adds "Run as Administrator" in the
right-click menu for running binaries and scripts as an root without
going to the terminal

To install it:
1. Install nautilus-actions from the package manager
2. go to System > Preferences > Nautilus Actions Configuration
3. go to Tools > Import Assistant and select the xml file downloaded from the 
attachment
4. log out and back in, you're done.
