The edges for resizing is 1 pixel thin. You have to move your mouse
exactly on the edge to resize.

For developers, the resize edges should be independent of the theme.
People should be able to make themes with zero or 1 pixel border, and
end users should have about 4 or 8 pixel zone outsize of the border to
resize.
