I had the same problem and I did the patching. However, it didn't change. Hi Giri: Could you close the Gwibber and run it from bash shell through gwibber- service -do to see if it shows the same error messages as Jens listed here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gwibber/+bug/617395 If the error messages looks the same, maybe you can try my patch mentioned in comment#2 https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gwibber/+bug/617395/comments/2 .
