This release has not worked on Ubuntu for some time. See https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/bcfg2/+bug/421308. Also, we have already opened a bug report requesting that the latest version of bcfg2 be included in Ubuntu at https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/bcfg2/+bug/561729. It doesn't look like anyone is willing to respond to that bug report.
