1. In Ubuntu Software Center, begin installing something that is going to take
a while.
2. In Update Manager, choose "Install Updates".
3. In Ubuntu Software Center, switch to "In Progress".
What you see: The last item in "In Progress" reads "Applying changes".
What you should see: The last item in "In Progress" reads "Installing updates".
