Ok, I have updated the system and also the 2nd problem disappeared.

I have updated the system today and now CDs are unmounted properly (I
don't get that error any more).

However if insert a CD, konqueror opens an empty window, and I have to
press the refresh button in order to see the content of the CD.

I hope this can be fixed too.
