Rodrigo, by setting the status of the maverick task to 'Fix released' do you mean you've tested the version in maverick-proposed and it works as expected ? This adding of a new bookmark isn't suitable for an SRU, it's even impolitely intrusive for a distribution upgrade. As Rodrigo stated, this is a regression, and the only way to add something to the Places menu, is to add a bookmark.
