[Bug 64244] Re: Reading a bad PPD file causes KDE not to read _any_ PPD file
Reported fixed. In the future, you can close your own bugs as fixed by clicking on the current status, under the Status column, and changing the status to "Fix Released". Thank you for your support of Kubuntu. ** Changed in: kdebase (Ubuntu) Status: Incomplete => Fix Released -- Reading a bad PPD file causes KDE not to read _any_ PPD file https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/64244 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 64244] Re: Reading a bad PPD file causes KDE not to read _any_ PPD file
It looks like it doesn't happen any more in Gutsy. I tried loading a bad PPD file, and the "Driver Settings" tab still appears. -- Reading a bad PPD file causes KDE not to read _any_ PPD file https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/64244 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

Hi Scott, have you seen this behaviour in anything later than Feisty? ** Changed in: kdebase (Ubuntu) Assignee: xerosis (xerosis) => (unassigned) -- Reading a bad PPD file causes KDE not to read _any_ PPD file https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/64244 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kubuntu Team, which is subscribed to kdebase in ubuntu. -- kubuntu-bugs mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-bugs
Re: [Bug 64244] Re: Reading a bad PPD file causes KDE not to read _any_ PPD file
Yes, this still happens in Fiesty. Since the bad ppd files I originally ran into have been fixed, I had to make my own to test. Again, it's not a serious problem, but it can be confusing to someone who runs into one bad ppd file.
