To reproduce:
1-apt-get install mc
2-edit some file with internal editor
3-select some text
4-ctrl-ins
5-exit editor
6-edit some other file
7-shift-ins
Actual results:
1-nothing
Expected results:
2-text selected from file 1 is inserted into file 2
