Public bug reported:

After using some notifications in program when libnotify is
uninitialized, there is an assertion that fails.

"CRITICAL **: dbus_g_proxy_disconnect_signal: assertion
`!DBUS_G_PROXY_DESTROYED (proxy)' failed"

In attachment a simple C code to reproduce the bug.
Compiled using :

gcc `pkg-config --cflags --libs gtk+-2.0` test_notify.c -o notify -l
notify
