Binary package hint: update-manager

When using a custom sources.list (like with local mirrors) update-manager asks, 
whether it should automatically rewrite your sources.list.
When answering "No", update-manager writes its default sources.list anyways.

Additionally it seems to do an update of the local package database/ package 
keys, too.
This results in:
ubuntu-bug -f update-manager
claiming that update-manager is not a genuine ubuntu package.
