Public bug reported:
Microsoft Lifecam VX-1000's microphone (which uses the gspca driver) never
worked in Linux.
Upstream kernel 2.6.26 was released yesterday and fixes this problem.
I have tried to track it down and it seems that this one

does the trick.
It would be great if the kernel team could backport this do Maverick's
kernel.
