As supposed in Question #129493 the reason for this issue could be that the Austrian mirror currently isn't up-to-date as you can see. So I looked at this mirror list (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+archivemirrors) and changed my sources.list (I'll attach this file) to use the Georgian mirror - which also isn't up-to-date right now (status: one week behind). But I couldn't reproduce this bug. Can someone confirm this issue using my attached sources.list? Today I noticed that some packages are correctly authenticated - I get no APT warning message when I try to install them. So I checked some random packes and made a list.
