That's not a panel bug, the theme ships no user-trash icon and that's what the applet use. The icon theme needs to be updated. Hi, the icon theme is "glass icons": http://www.gnome- look.org/content/show.php?content=32146 I also restarted gnome-panel when change theme (with command "killall gnome-panel"), but nothing... Just Human Theme (standard ubuntu theme) changes it. One it's the current theme trash icon, other it's the trash icon on panel that it don't change with the icon theme...
