Hey Karl, Hi, have you had a chance to test if this bug is still present in natty? If it does (and if you're the original reporter), please boot into natty and run the command: apport-collect bug-number which will update the bug with fresh logs and tag the bug as affecting natty. (It is best to run this right after reproducing the problem.) ** Changed in: xorg-server (Ubuntu) Status: New = Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/675559 Title: 4:3 resolutions do not fill entire widescreen -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 675559] Re: 4:3 resolutions do not fill entire widescreen
** Description changed: Binary package hint: xorg When I am using 4:3 resolutions (1024x768 for example) on my laptop screen (widescreen 16:10, native resolution 1280x800), the content does not stretch to the entire screen. Instead it runs as if the widecreen - were an ordinary 4:3 screen (Black space surrounds the unused - content). + were an ordinary 4:3 screen (Black space is shown at the rest of the + screen). I am running the latest X.org drivers for Intel GM965 (GMA X3100) provided by Ubuntu Maverick.
