I've been trying (not too hard, though) to get a pattern for replication, but without success. About "stock" firefox, I had no "links scroll to top of the page" incidents, but I had only one yesterday with the ubuntu build. I confirm this behaviour. My firefox (spanish translation with the extensions "adblock filterset.G updater", "adblock plus" and "flashblock") also ocasionally goes to the top of the page when clicking a link. So far I haven't experienced the same with epiphany, although I have used it for a couple of minutes.
