kpowersave 0.7.2 (now in feisty) have switched to HAL for power
management and does not use powersave daemon anymore, therefore no need
for GUI for configuring powersaved settings.

In Suse, powersave has yast2 module for such configuration. Since we do
not have yast, we do not have GUI for these settings.
