It is a long time ago indeed! I am using kde neon now (user edition) where I have no qtcurve at my disposal. So it would be not easy to test. Hello Pieter, Thank you for submitting this bug and reporting a problem with Thunderbird. You made this bug report in 2010 and there have been several versions of Ubuntu and Thunderbird since then. Could you confirm that this is no longer a problem and that we can close the ticket? Oh I'm sorry, this librsvg2-common thing works excellent when you use oxygen-gtk. With qtcurve the problem still fully exists. Yes it still is present. KDE 4.9 sc. But by an amazing coincidence I discovered that the Mozilla applications take over the system icons flawlessly after installing a small application called > librsvg2-common Isn't that super? I posted to a Mozilla forum and sent an email to a developer of oxygen-gtk. Perhaps this was without effect. I will make a comment with the bug report. Thank you.
