Public bug reported: Binary package hint: update-manager
I am using a preinstalled Thinkpad R61i, running Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS. I tried accepting systems updates today, when the following happened. I clicked on Check - only on the 3rd attempt did it manage to pull all 48 lookup files down. I clicked on Install - only 35 of the 36 available updates downloaded... I aborted and stopped the update process there.. in case anything was broken by a partial update. Here are the errors...
