Hi Brian, You can find the PDF I tested here: http://www.servicecanada.gc.ca/cgi-bin/search/eforms/index.cgi?app=prfl&frm=ins5219&ln=eng This started when I received a report of similar visual artifacts. I tested it, confirmed and found a workaround. Would it be able to pass this upstream to Adobe.
