It's not a duplicate of bug 661358. In bug 661358 the problem is that "Private messages allows public replies", that doesn't happen to me. My reported bug is "Gwibber allows SEND (it's not the same like reply) private messages to anyone in twitter timeline". In other words, Gwibber allows send a private message to someone who doesn't follow me.
