[Bug 694447] Re: libadolc-dev package missing sparse header files?
I've pushed 2.2.0-3 into debian, which includes the sparse drivers and include files. There are no source files in ThirdParty/ColPack/ unless something can be extracted from the .xml file there, so I'm not doing anything about that, but would welcome a patch. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/694447 Title: libadolc-dev package missing sparse header files? -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 694447] Re: libadolc-dev package missing sparse header files?
I've looked into this and found that if you run configure with the --enable-sparse parameter then these header files will be present in the install. Perhaps the package would be more widely useful this way? Even so, methods like sparse_jac() could not be used unless ColPack is also present (in the ADOL-C\ThirdParty\ColPack folder). Maybe it would be useful to include ColPack too? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/694447 Title: libadolc-dev package missing sparse header files? -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
