Thank you for reporting this bug to Ubuntu. Ubuntu 10.10 RELEASE reached End of 
Life in 2010.

I'm closing this bug since it appears to be fixed in all currently
supported Ubuntu releases.

Thank you for filling this bug but it's not Orca related. It was because
GTK2 didn't load the accessibility modules for the root/administrator
user.

GTK3 loads accessibility automatically so I think we could close this
bug because Nautilus has been ported to GTK3.
