I think it is. This is not a problem with my screensaver. My screensaver is working properly. Thank you for reporting this issue. Can you please set the screensaver to never activate, Applications -> Settings -> Screensaver. Also set Power Manager to never shut off the screen, Applications -> Settings -> Xfce 4 Settings Manager -> Power Manager, On AC -> Monitor tab. Does that resolve the issue?
