I checked out gbrainy 1.62, from a git clone of the project repository. The train question you saw had the correct solution for me, as you can see in the attached screenshot. And I just checked gbrainy 1.51 on Ubuntu 10.10, to confirm that this was a bug that has since been fixed.The OP was right about this being formerly incorrect, see screenshot of incorrect answer from gbrainy 1.51.
