Thank you for reporting this issue. First, just to make sure I understand you correctly, are you saying that this issue exists in both Transmission and qBittorrent? Or only Transmission? Second, Transmission 1.75 is pretty old. (In fact, 9.10 is about a month away from being end-of-lifed from a support standpoint.)
