Binary package hint: at

Attempting to schedule a job for immediate execution via "at now" fails
during the fall DST transition.

(Example using fall 2011 posix/America/Los_Angeles)

Set time to between 1am PDT and 1am PST on November 6:
date -s '2011-11-06 PST 01:30:00'

Schedule a job for immediate execution:
at now

Expected result:
Job is submitted and runs immediately.

Actual result:
At returns the following error:
at: refusing to create job destined in the past

Versions tested:
at 3.1.11, Ubuntu server 10.04.2
at 3.1.12 Kubuntu 10.10
