This is a very severe problem that prevents the functionality of many
programs that use F1-F12 keys.

Here is another example: Heroes of newerth (cannot show the ingame menu
with F10)

I am bitten by this wrt x3270 - mainframe terminal emulator. On 3270, it
is crucial to have all F-keys to reach the application - all of them are
actively used. I think that the importance of this problem is higher
than Low.

The shortcut is indeed configurable through Compiz Config. I managed to
change it to Super+F10 and became able to use IDE debugger again.

opera is another application affected but luckily f10 is there not bound
