Added time stamp on KeyPress and KeyRelease events. I am marking this
bug as fixed. The time stamp will be added to other events eventually,
but if this is an urgent need, then reopen this bug.

After a brief talk with Alex Launi on IRC, and as this is a nux bug, we
conclude that Jay is usually a good recipient of nux bugs, so I'm
assigning the bug to him.

As I said on the description, note that I was able to workaround this
bug (see unity_util_accessible.ccp::atk_key_event_from_nux_event_key) ,
so it should be a low priority bug.

Anyway it would be good to solve this bug eventually, in order to avoid
that call to g_get_real_time on any user keystroke.
