[Bug 73641] adept_manager starts but auth error in auth.log
Public bug reported: whenever I successfully start adept_manager via kdesu I get an 'authentication error' from auth.log Nov 28 19:57:52 localhost sudo: dave : TTY=pts/7 ; PWD=/home/dave ; USER=root ; COMMAND=/usr/bin/kdesu_stub - Nov 28 19:57:53 localhost sudo: dave : TTY=pts/7 ; PWD=/home/dave ; USER=root ; COMMAND=/usr/bin/kdesu_stub - Nov 28 19:57:55 localhost sudo: (pam_unix) authentication failure; logname= uid=0 euid=0 tty=pts/6 ruser= rhost= user=dave Would not have noticed it but logcheck keeps flagging it and its too important a potential error to tell it to ignore !
