After a system reinstall, stellarium works as expected. Before, removing ~/.cache/stellarium and ~/.stellarium did not work. Restored a backed up version of ~/.cache/stellarium and ~/.stellarium, but still works flawlessly. Hi Mathias, I just installed stellarium and it seems to work fine for me, zoom works and the mouse too.
