1) If the problem is reproducible?
yes, launch cheese and put in in video mode. Here, the camera FPS is nice.
Then, start recording.
2) What you expected to happen?
have a correct amount of FPS on the camera panel
3) What happened instead?
~ 0.1 FPS for the camera.
