Also for me on an Asus Eee Box B202 with 945GME graphics. No flickering or similar when the analogue VGA was in use, but just switched to DVI->HDMI connection and the flickering occurs on resume from S4. It seems like the bug only appears when the battery is charging (and that is 99% of cases when I resume from hibernate). Though I may be wrong. Last time I checked it with the battery fully charged, it resumed without problems.
