Public bug reported: Binary package hint: update-manager
At present if a user right clicks on the list of updates they're able to "check all" or "uncheck all". It would be very helpful to allow the user to uncheck updates related to a specific piece of software in this same, quick way. This could accomplished by changing the context menu if a user right clicks on a software heading (e.g. "Banshee Team PPA"). The context menu could then provide an additional option similar to "uncheck all software updates for [progam name]". ** Affects: update-manager (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/745393 Title: Option to deselect all packages on a "per-program basis" would be helpful -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
