Sounds like bug 746758. You might want to see if a newer daily-live CD (http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live) works better for you. [Bug 756985] Re: Installer crashed during install from uNetBootIn flash drive
I apologize! I thought I had hit the button. I will see if I can hunt them down. Interesting development though: When I ran the installer again, I unselected third party software and install updates. This second attempt went Swimmingly. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/756985 Title: Installer crashed during install from uNetBootIn flash drive -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 756985] Re: Installer crashed during install from uNetBootIn flash drive
You have not attached any files. Please run the installer in debug mode by pressing "Try Ubuntu", then opening a terminal and typing `ubiquity -d`. When the installer crashes, open another terminal and type `sudo apport-collect 756985`.
