Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: libreoffice

When I open an existing document by double clicking (speadsheet, writer
document, etc.) Libre Office opens full screen but the
close/minimize/maximize icons to not appear.

When I attempt to launch libreoffice applications by literally clicking
on their launchers, these close/min/max buttons DO appear. The issue
only seems to happen when I am opening existing files, regardless of
their location (e-mail attachments from gmail, on my desktop, in my home
folder, etc.)
