Hi, maybe 1 out of every 3 or 4 reboot's my IPW3945 Wireless network
chip on my laptop will not automatically connect.

This can be 'worked around' by either by rebooting again, or doing 'sudo
eth1 ifdown && eth1 ifup.'

However clearly this is not ideal.
