Yes, it's exactly as Gabor said. seb128 noticed that it needed to be reuploaded for translations to be delivered in language packs and we talked about it last week. The package was then uploaded stripping translations as any other translatable app in main, and the translations will then be delivered in the next language pack. I don't think there is a serious problem here. The changelog[1] shows that this package was uploaded on 04.13, after being promoted to main.
