Public bug reported: Binary package hint: network-manager
After upgrading from maverick (where it worked fine) system does not pick up the DNS server setting, and /etc/resolv.conf does not contain any "nameserver" directive. To be able to work, I have to manually edig /etc/resolv.conf to include the IP address of my home router which also a name server (and it picked up well under maverick). This is the default "Auto eth0" entry in network manager's network setting options.
