Public bug reported:

I am not sure how to get the package information for this bug but I
cannot but from the Live CD 64b of Ubuntu 11.04.

The first thing showing is an "Error: prefix not set" and the the grub
loads (text mode). No splash screen.

After selecting either "Try Ubuntu" or "Install", I can see the CD being
read by the system but everything stops suddenly and all I get is a
blank screen. Keyboard is frozen. Only way exit this stage is by a hard
reset of the system.

Please advice how could I provide more details for this issue.
