Public bug reported: I am not sure how to get the package information for this bug but I cannot but from the Live CD 64b of Ubuntu 11.04.
The first thing showing is an "Error: prefix not set" and the the grub loads (text mode). No splash screen. After selecting either "Try Ubuntu" or "Install", I can see the CD being read by the system but everything stops suddenly and all I get is a blank screen. Keyboard is frozen. Only way exit this stage is by a hard reset of the system. Please advice how could I provide more details for this issue. Thanks for your time and consideration. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/774349 Title: Natty 11.04 64bit Live CD won't boot -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
