Steps to reproduce:
(I have a permanent link to aMSN in unity)

1. Load aMSN from unity & sign in
2. Click the X to close
3. Choose minimise to tray button
4. Click on unity to try and show the window (without permanent link in unity 
entry for aMSN disappears)
5. Application relaunches with new instance / previous instance is inaccessible
