The same problem. Bug appears in the following apps: Opera browser, LibreOffice Calc, some Wine programs, Kopete. To see it (in Opera) just select text of any link in page and drag it. Unity dock appears and does not hide after releasing mouse button. The only way to hide dock is closing application. michiel, thanks! The pattern is about Java apps, including Libreoffice which uses Java. Workaround is to drag a desktop icon over the launcher (no need to release just hover). I am also having this problem. It seems to happen when I am running LibreOffice Writer.
