This was transient; I'm not quite sure exactly what went wrong, but the
build failures went away after I retried them on Sunday evening, and all
is now well with these packages. I think what probably happened is that
the earlier build attempts were at a point when the core parts of Perl
5.12 were significantly less coinstallable.
