The vertical line, which I must cross to notice such a strange behaviour
is placed at about 1/5 of touchpad's width from the right, so it may be
border of scrolling area. I have synaptics touchpad. I noticed this bug
a week ago and suspect that it's a regression at version 1.1.3 of xf86
-input-synaptics.
